By registering with Nove Vineyards you agree to the following:

I  – I certify that I am 21 years of age or older.

II – I accept that it is my responsibility to notify Nove Vineyards of any change of address, telephone, e-mail, or credit card information at least two weeks prior to scheduled shipments. Should a credit card be declined for two shipments, the membership will be canceled.

III – Nove Vineyards is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments.

IV – I understand that I may cancel my allocation or Wine Club membership by email to or in writing at any time other than the three weeks preceding a scheduled shipment. Mailing Address: Nove Vineyards LLC, PO Box 31533, San Francisco CA 94131

V – I authorize Nove Vineyards to charge my credit card for the cost of each of my selected wine shipments, plus applicable sales tax and shipping cost, prior to each shipment.


Extreme weather conditions can affect your wine. Nove Vineyards is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions. During hot and extreme cold conditions, we may delay shipments for up to 7 days and the tracking number will not be live until shipped. Please be sure that an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled day.

While we stand by the quality of our Nove Vineyards wines, we recognize that occasionally a given wine bottle may encounter issues with its perceived quality.  If you notice that to be the case and suspect that a bad bottle may have been shipped to you, we ask that you please push the cork back into the bottle, leaving the contents of wine as fully intact as possible.  We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept returned wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to or call us at 707-200-8661 to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges if we can’t replace the wine.
